Hi! Wondering how long a closed bucket with liquid malt extract will stay usable? I wanna come by & grab some ingredients this Saturday, but won't be brewing until the 4th. Think I'm OK to just a bucket full of liquid malt that long? Do I need to refrigerate?

Thanks!

Hi Guys,
I was wondering if you were planning on having another meeting for local homebrewers. I guessed we missed one already, hopefully you'll do it again. Also, know any tig welders? Can't wait to try the Scotch Ale.

Congrats on opening a brew pub! Exciting stuff... Where in N. Charleston are you located? I can't wait to get there.
Have you put any kits togeather yet? I brewed my first batch over Christmas and it came out super! I just moved here not long ago from the North- so hearing about Coast is very exciting!
I will visit very soon!

Hi! Looking to purchase a kit (ingredients) to make a 5-gal batch of either IPA or 2xIPA. This will be my first shot at actual brewing, buddy of mine has all the hardware to make a 5-gal batch, and is going to lend it to me for my first run.

So do you sell IPA/2xIPA kits? If not, do you have the stuff to help me create a kit? And can you give me instructions? I can get the stuff online I guess, but would MUCH rather support your kickass local operation.

Thanks in advance!

I would love to get on your mailing list!! I moved here a year and a half ago and was bummed to learn there were so few brewers down here. I want to fill my growler! Let me know when you start filling them up. I will also try to stop by and check out the brew shop sometime soon.

Thanks,
Mike
